EFT-tapping for anxiety

I'm James Robinson and over many years, I've developed a unique and simple approach for effectively managing anxiety. My method combines visualisation, talking and tapping for anxiety using EFT techniques.

Along the way, I've investigated and experimented with a variety of other proven practices and lifestyle enhancements that alongside my one to one work with clients, has shown to be highly beneficial for many people in managing anxiety.​​​​
